Sunday Morning Service begins at 10:00 am

On Sunday mornings, we are currently studying through, verse by verse, the wonderful book of Matthew, who presents Jesus as the Messiah King, not just any King, but the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.  Jesus demonstrates His authority by His many miracles, and the Words He speaks to us today is as relevant as it was two thousand years ago.  Matthew 13:9 "He who has ears to hear, let him hear!" Psalms 119:105 "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."  Discover with us the Way as we are led by the Lamp of God's word and it will surly light our way through this dark foreboding world.

02. tuesdays

On Tuesday evenings, beginning at 6:00 pm, we pray for whatever your needs are, believing that God hears our prayers, when we pray in the name of Jesus.

UPDATE: We have temporarily postponed our Tuesday night service.  Please check back here for our next Tuesday (or Wednesday) night study subject.  We are prayerfully seeking where God will take us next.

what to expect

We are an Acts 2:42 fellowship allowing the Word of God to be our foundation of operation.

Act 2:42  And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. (NKJV)

We strive to minister to the community of Spirit lake through;

Doctrine: Verse by verse teaching and preaching that we may understand the whole counsel of God, Acts 20:27 “For I have not shunned to declare to you the whole counsel of God. Our am service would be somewhat typical of Calvary Chapel Churches where as our pm service is more interactive between the pastor and the congregation.

Fellowship: Where our coming together is focused on the Lord Matthew 18:20 “For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” Worship through contemporary music which is an integral part of corporate praise unto God and our Lord Jesus Christ

Breaking of bread: We celebrate Holy communion with the Lord on the first Sunday of each. 1 Corinthians 11:26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes. We also celebrate a time of breaking bread together, loving one another as defined in the scriptures.

Prayers: Our constant and direct communications with God where we pray individually and corporately for the body of Christ. 1 Timothy 2:1 ¶ Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men. We dedicate a substantial time in our Sunday Evening service to prayer.

In Giving: We believe in a want to and not a have to; 2 Corinthians 9:7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. We apply this scripture to all aspects of our Christian walk. It is the love we have for the Lord that motivates us, not a have to but a want to.
